TIMRAN, organized a discussion forum with different women participants from various segments of the society to design a strategy for meaningful involvement of women in national peace building process. The main objective of the forum was to enhance women’s engagement and to emphasize on peace-building in the way of promoting women’s role in peace building process. In addition to designing a strategy, participants also created platform which enables those women stakes to work together with TIMRAN in peace building-processes.

ትምራን የተለያዩ ሴት ተሳታፊዎች በመጋበዝ በአገር አቀፍ የሰላም ግንባታ ሂደት ውስጥ ሴቶች ትርጉም ያለው ተሳትፎ እንዲያደርጉ የሚያስችል ስትራቴጂ ለመንደፍ የውይይት ፎረም አካሄደች። የውይይት መድረኩ ዋና አላማ በሰላም ግንባታ ሂደት ውስጥ የሴቶችን ሚና ማሳደግ ላይ ትኩረት ያደረገ ሲሆን ተሳታፊዎች ከትምራን ጋር በመሆን በሰላም ግንባታ ሂደት ውስጥ ተባብረው እንዲሰሩ የሚያስችል የመወያያ እና የመገናኛ መረብም ፈጥረዋል።
