ጥምረት ለሴቶች ድምፅ በሀገራዊ ምክክር ለሁለት ቀናት ያዘጋጀው የአሠልጣኞች ሥልጠና ተጠናቀቀ

ጥምረት ለሴቶች ድምፅ በሀገራዊ ምክክር ከጥር 28-29 ቀን 2015 ዓ.ም ለሁለት ቀናት በቢሾፍቱ ከተማ ያዘጋጀው የአሠልጣኞች ሥልጠና ተጠናቀቀ።

የሥልጠናው ዓላማ በሀገራዊ ምክክር ሂደቱ ላይ ሴቶች አሠልጣኞች እና አመቻቾች እንዲሆኑ አቅም መገንባት ነው።

በሥልጠናው ማጠቃለያ ላይ የትምራን ሥራ አስኪያጅ ኢየሩሳሌም ሰሎሞን፣ ትግራይን ጨምሮ ከሁሉም ክልሎች ተሳታፊ የነበሩ ሴት ሠልጣኞች በሁለት ቀናት ቆይታቸው ወደ ታች ወርደው በአመቻችነት መሥራት የሚችሉበት ክሂሎት አግኝተዋል የሚል እምነት እንዳላቸው ገልጸዋል። በቆይታቸውም ወቅት ስለነበራቸው ንቁ ተሳትፎ ምስጋና አቅርበዋል።

በክብር እንግድነት የተገኙት በኢትዮጵያ ሰብአዊ መብት ኮሚሽን የሴቶች እና የሕፃናት መብቶች ኮሚሽነር እና የትምራን ቦርድ ሰብሳቢ መስከረም ገስጥ፣ ትምራን ከትንሽ ደረጃ ተነሥታ አሁን በምትገኝበት ደረጃ በመድረሷ ደስተኛ መሆናቸውን ገልጸዋል።

ከተለያዩ አካባቢዎች እና አደረጃጀቶች የመጡ ሴት ሠልጣኞች በሀገራዊ ምክክሩ ላይ ሴቶች አሻራቸውን ማሳረፍ  እንዲችሉ ለማድረግ በጥምረት ለሴቶች ድምፅ የተዘጋጀውን ሥልጠና ወስደው ማጠናቀቃቸው ትልቅ ስኬት መሆኑን ተናግረዋል።

ሴቶች በውሳኔ ሰጭነት መሳተፍ መቻላቸው ከሰብአዊ መብቶች ጋር ግንኙነት እንዳለው ጠቅሰው፣ ሠልጣኞች የመጡበትን ዓላማ ወደታች ወርዶ ከማስፈጸም አኳያ በትኩረት ሊንቀሳቀሱ እንደሚገባ መክረዋል።

ኢትዮጵያ የሚያስፈልጋትን ሰላም በማምጣት ረገድ ሴቶች ትልቅ ሓላፊነት ያለባቸው መሆኑን አስገንዝበዋል።

በዝግጅት ላይ የሚገኘው ሀገራዊ ምክክር የተሳካ እንደሚሆን ያላቸውንም ምኞት ገልጸዋል።

የሥልጠናው ተሳታፊዎች ከኮሚሽነር መስከረም ገስጥ እጅ የምስክር ወረቀት ተቀብለዋል።

The two days training of trainers organized by the Coalition for Women’s Voice in the National Dialogue Concluded

The two days training of trainers organized by the Coalition for Women’s Voice in the National Dialogue from February 6-7, 2023 at Bishoftu town concluded.

The training objective was to empower women to be trainers and facilitators in the national dialogue process.  

At the end of the training, TIMRAN Executive Directress Eyerusalem Solomon believed all training participants who came from all regions of Ethiopia including Tigray got a skill from the two days of training to be facilitators on the ground at their respective areas. She also thanked them for their active participation during their stay.  

The honorable guest of the training conclusion Meskerem Gesit, Women and Children Rights Commissioner at the Ethiopian Human Rights Commission and TIMRAN board chairwoman, expressed her gratitude about TIMRAN which started from a small level and now reached this stage.

She underscored so as to put their mark on the national dialogue completing the training organized by the Coalition of Women’s voice in the National Dialogue is a success for women participants who came from different regions and structures.

Since women’s participation in decision making related to human rights; the trainers should diligently work to achieve their goal at the grassroots level, the board chairwomen advised.  

She noted in order to bring peace to Ethiopia the role of women has great responsibility. She also wished success in the coming national dialogue.

Finally, the trainers received a certificate of participation from Commissioner Meskerem Gesit.
