የአመራርነት ፅንሰ ሐሳብ እና መሪነት

በትምራን አዘጋጅነት ለኢትዮጵያ የፖለቲካ ፓርቲዎች ሴት አባላት ጥምረት መሰጠት የጀመረው የአመራርነት ሥልጠና ቀጥሏል።

ሥልጠናው የአመራርነት ፅንሰ ሐሳብ እና መሪነት የሚሉ ጭብጦች ላይ በሞያቸው አማካሪ በሆኑት ወ/ሮ ማኅደር ዳዲ እና ወ/ሮ እቴነሽ ተስፋ አማካኝነት እየተሰጠ ይገኛል።

በዚሁ ወቅት መሪነት ራእይን፣ እድሎችንና ሕልሞችን እውን ለማድረግ ራስንና ሌሎች ውጤታማ እርምጃ እንዲወስዱ በሚያስችል መንገድ መሥራት፣ ወደ ጋራ ግብ ለመድረስ የሚያስችል መንገድ፣  ለሚገጥመን ሁኔታ ተገቢውን ምላሽ መስጠት፣ ራስን በማየት ያለንን ዋጋ እና የማድረግ አቅም በግልጽ እንድንረዳ የሚያደርግ ተግባቦት መሆኑን ወ/ሮ ማኅደር ገልጸዋል። በመሆኑም እያንዳንዷ ሴት የፖለቲካ አመራር ባለ ራእይ ልትሆን ይገባል ብለዋል።

ወ/ሮ እቴነሽ በበኩላቸው ራእይ እንደ ፅንስ የሚረገዝ፣ ክብካቤ የሚያስፈልገው፣ በመካከል አደጋ ሊገጥመው የሚችል፣ እያደገ የሚሄድ እና የሚወለድ ነው ሲሉ ተናግረዋል። ስለሆነም ሁሉም የፖለቲካ አመራር ሴት ከጀርባ በርካታ ሚሊየን ሴቶች ስላሉ እነርሱን እያሰቡ መጽናት እንደሚገባቸው መክረዋል። አሠልጣኟ አመራርነት ቦታ መያዝ፣ በፈቃድ መምራት፣ ምርታማነት፣ ሰዎችን ማልማት እና አርአያነት የሚሉ አምስት ደረጃዎች ያሉት መሆኑን ገልጸዋል።  

The leadership training organized by TIMRAN for the coalition of women members of Ethiopian political parties continued in the afternoon session.

The training consultants’ who gave the training Mrs. Mahder Dadi and Mrs. Etenesh Tesfa focused on the themes: leadership and being a leader.

Mrs. Mahder said leadership means to achieve a vision, capability to identify opportunities, having an ambitious character, having a clear direction to achieve an objective, giving genuine response to situations and great communication skill to be an exemplary leader. Thus, each women political leader should have a vision.  

Mrs. Etenesh, on her part, presented about vision by comparing it with pregnancy. A vision needs great care and nurturing with our consistent attention. It may face unforeseen challenges in the middle; till it grows and becoming a beautiful offspring. Since women politicians take responsibility for millions of women; they need to have integrity. The consultant also described about the five stages of leadership:  position, permission, production, people development and pinnacle.
