የአመራርነት ሥነ ምግባር እና የሥራ አፈጻጸም አስተዳደር

በትምራን አዘጋጅነት ለኢትዮጵያ የፖለቲካ ፓርቲዎች ሴት አባላት ጥምረት ሲሰጥ የቆየው የመጀመሪያ ዙር የአመራርነት ሥልጠና ተጠናቀቀ።

የሥልጠናው ሁለተኛ ቀን የከሰዓት ውሎ የአመራርነት ሥነ ምግባር እና የሥራ አፈጻጸም አስተዳደር የሚሉ ርእሰ ጉዳዮች ላይ ያተኮረ ነበር።

አንዲት መሪ ሊኖራት ከሚገቡ መሠረታዊ መገለጫዎች መካከል ሥነ ምግባር አንዱ መሆኑ ተጠቁሟል። ተቀባይነት ያለው ሥነ ምግባር ያላት መሪ ሌሎችን በአርአያነት መምራት እንደምትችል ተመላክቷል። ይህም ሠርታ የምታሠራ እንጂ የሌሎችን ሥራ ስትቆጥር እንዳትውል እንደሚያስችላት ሥልጠናውን የሰጡት ወ/ሮ ማኅደር ዳዲ እና ወ/ሮ እቴነሽ ተስፋ ጠቅሰዋል።

በሥልጠናው ሂደት ውስጥ ሠልጣኞች የተሳተፉባቸው የተለያዩ ተግባራት መኖራቸው ራሳቸውን  እየፈትሹ ያስቻለ እንደነበር በተጨባጭ ታይቷል።

የትምራን ዋና ሥራ አስኪያጅ ኢየሩሳሌም ሰሎሞን በሥልጠናው ማብቂያ ላይ ተገኝተው ሴት የፖለቲካ ፓርቲ አባላት ወደ ውሳኔ ሰጭነት ደረጃ ለመድረስ በየጊዜው ራሳቸውን ማብቃት አለባቸው በማለት ባስተላለፉት መልእክት እና ሠልጣኞች ለነበራቸው ንቁ ተሳትፎ ባቀረቡት  ምስጋና የመጀመሪያው ዙር ሥልጠና ተጠናቅቋል።

The leadership training organized by TIMRAN for the coalition of women members of Ethiopian political parties first round participants completed.

In the afternoon session of the second day of training, the topics: leadership ethics and work performance were covered.

The trainers Mrs. Mahder Dadi and Mrs. Etenesh Tesfa mentioned Ethics is one of the major components a leader should have acquired. A leader who has acceptable ethics could be exemplary to others. This quality also resulted in her evaluating others based on their performance rather than focusing on the process.

Within the whole training process, so as to evaluate themselves the participants made involved in different practical activities.

In the end, TIMRAN Executive Directress, Jerusalem Solomon, addressed the female politicians to develop themselves so as to grab the decision-making seats and closed the training by thanking participants for their active role in the training.
