አመቻችነት፣ ውሳኔ መስጠት እና ግጭትን አፈታት

ጥምረት ለሴቶች ድምፅ በሀገራዊ ምክክር መድረክ ያዘጋጀው የሴት አሠልጣኞች ሥልጠና ሁለተኛ ቀን የረፋድ ውሎ የምክክር አመቻችነት፣ ውሳኔ መስጠት እና ግጭትን አፈታት የሚሉ ጭብጦች ላይ ተከታታይ የቡድን ሥራዎች ተከናውነዋል።   

አመቻችነት ሁለት እና ከዚያ በላይ የሆኑ ቡድኖች በውጤታማነት እንዲሠሩ መርዳት መሆኑን ሥልጠናውን በመስጠት ላይ የሚገኙት የማይንድ ኢትዮጵያ አሠልጣኞች አብራርተዋል።

በምክክር ሂደት ውስጥ ይዘት እና ሂደት የተሰኙ ሁለት ትልልቅ ጉዳዮች መኖራቸውንም ጠቅሰዋል። ይዘት የውይይቱ ጉዳይ ሲሆን፣ ሂደት ውይይቱ የሚመራበት ዘዴ መሆኑም ተገልጿል።

የምክክር አመቻቾች ሚና ሂደቱን ማስተባበር መሆኑንና በይዘት ውስጥ ጣልቃ እንደማይገባ አሠልጣኙ አጽንኦት ሰጥተው ተናግረዋል። በመሆኑም መመሪያዎችን ማስከበር ዋነኛ ጉዳይ መሆኑን ጠቅሰዋል።

አመቻቾች የታዛቢነት፣ ጊዜ አጠቃቀም፣ መከባበር፣ መደማመጥ፣ መረዳት፣ ውሳኔ አሰጣጥ እና መደምደሚያ ላይ ማድረስ መቻል የሚሉ ሚናዎች ያላቸው መሆኑ ተመልክቷል።

Facilitation, decision-making, and conflict management

A two days training organized by Coalition for Women’s Voice in the National Dialogue for women trainers continued for the second day. The session was focused on dialogue facilitation, decision-making, and conflict management issues having consecutive group practices.

The trainers who come from MIND ETHIOPIA said facilitation means supporting two and more teams to work effectively.

Within dialogue facilitation, there are two key points: content and process, the trainers noted. Content is the agenda; whereas the process is the method the dialogue is facilitated.

The trainers underscored the role of dialogue facilitators is to coordinate the process not to interfere with the content/agenda. Thus, facilitators should stand bold to protect the process. Facilitators are expected to be objective, time managers, respectful, listen, and decision-makers, as well as concluders during the dialogue process.
