ትምራን ለኢትዮጵያ የፖለቲካ ፓርቲዎች ሴት አባላት ጥምረት ያዘጋጀችው የአመራርነት ሥልጠና ተጠናቀቀ

ትምራን ለኢትዮጵያ የፖለቲካ ፓርቲዎች ሴት አባላት ጥምረት ያዘጋጀችው በሁለት ዙር ሲሰጥ የነበረው የአራት ቀናት የአመራርነት ሥልጠና ጥር 05 ቀን 2015 ዓ.ም ላይ ተጠናቀቀ።

ሥልጠናው በዋናነት የአመራርነት ፅንሰ ሐሳብ እና መሪነት፣ የአመራርነት ሥነ ምግባር፣ የሥራ አፈጻጸም አስተዳደር፣ ተግባቦት ለአመራር እና ተነሣሽነት በሚሉ ርእሰ ጉዳዮች ላይ በወ/ሮ ማኅደር ዳዲ እና ወ/ሮ እቴነሽ ተስፋ ተሰጥቷል።

የሥልጠናው ሂደት ሠልጣኞች ከመግቢያ ምዘና ጀምሮ እስከ መውጫ ምዘና ያካተቱ በርካታ ተግባራት ውስጥ በመሳተፍ የመሪነታቸውን ደረጃ እንዲፈትሹ ያስቻለ ነበር።

The four days two-round leadership training organized by TIMRAN for the coalition of women members of Ethiopian political parties concluded on January 13, 2023.

The training which was given by Mrs. Mahder Dadi and Mrs. Etenesh Tesfa mainly covered concepts of leadership and a leader, leadership ethics and work performance, communication for leadership, and workplace motivation.

Participants were active in the training process which started with a pre-assessment and ends with a post-assessment with different practical activities so as to evaluate their leadership status.
