ትምራን ለኢትዮጵያ የፖለቲካ ፓርቲዎች ሴት አባላት ጥምረት ያዘጋጀችው የአመራርነት ሥልጠና ሁለተኛ ዙር ቀጥሏል

ትምራን ለኢትዮጵያ የፖለቲካ ፓርቲዎች ሴት አባላት ጥምረት ያዘጋጀችው የአመራርነት ሥልጠና ሁለተኛ ዙር ቀጥሏል።

ሥልጠናውን በንግግር የከፈቱት የትምራን ሥራ አስኪያጅ ኢየሩሳሌም ሰሎሞን ትምራን በዋናነት ሴቶች በአመራርነት እና ውሳኔ ሰጭነት ላይ ያላቸው ተሳትፎ እንዲጨምር ለማድረግ  ትኩረት አድርጋ የምትሠራ ሀገር በቀል መንግሥታዊ ያልሆነች ድርጅት መሆኗን ተናግረዋል። ይህም ሴቶች ወደ አመራርነት ቢመጡ በሴቶች ላይ የሚደርሱ ችግሮችን በቀላሉ ለመፍታት ያስችላል ብለዋል።

የሥልጠናው አንኳር ጉዳዮች አቅራቢ የሆኑት የፕላን እና ልማት ሚኒስትር ዴኤታ እና የኢትዮጵያ የፖለቲካ ፓርቲዎች ሴት አባላት ጥምረት ሥራ አስፈጻሚ ክብርት ጥሩማር አባተ፣ ሀገራችን ኢትዮጵያ በሥነ መንግሥት እና ሥልጣኔ ቀደምት ሀገር ነች። በዚህ የረጅም ታሪኳ ውስጥ የሴቶች ሚና ጎልቶ የሚታይ ነው። ሴቶች የሚመሯቸው ተቋማት ውጤታማ የሆኑ፣ በተግባቦት እና አሳታፊ በሆነ መንገድ የሚከወን መሆኑን አመልክተዋል። በመንግሥት በኩል ሴቶችን ወደ አመራር ለማምጣት ጥረቶች እየተደረጉ ቢሆንም፣አሁንም ብዙ የሚቀሩ ጉዳዮች መኖራቸውን አንሥተዋል፤ ስለሆነም ሴቶች ራሳችንን ብቁ ለማድረግ ጠንክረን መሥራት ይገባል በማለት ተናግረዋል።

የሥልጠናው የክብር እንግዳ የኢትዮጵያ ምርጫ ቦርድ ምክትል ሰብሳቢ የተከበሩ አቶ ውብሸት አየለ፣ በሀገራችን ሴቶችን ወደ ፖለቲካ አመራርነት ለማምጣት ብዙ ሥራዎች ሊሠሩ ይገባል። ሴቶችን በመራጭነት፣ በተመራጭነት እና በአመራርነት የማይቀበል ባሕል መቅረፍ አለብን ብለዋል።

A leadership training for the coalition of women members of Ethiopian political parties facilitated by TIMRAN second round continued

In her opening speech, TIMRAN Directress Eyerusalem Solomon explained TIMRAN is an indigenous civil society organization that is dedicated to seeing women in leadership and decision-making. This move could address the challenges of women in their day to day.  

The training keynote guest speaker State Minister of Plan and Development and Executive member of the Coalition of women members of Ethiopian political parties, HE Tirumar Abate said Ethiopia has a long government and civilization history. Within the country’s long history, the role of women is enormous. Women-led organizations are effective and have good communication and participation. There are trials to bring women to the forefront; nevertheless, still, a long walk remains. Thus, women should work hard to empower themselves, she noted.

The training guest of honor, National Electoral Board of Ethiopia (NEBE) Deputy Chairman, HE Wubishet Ayele, said as a nation we have to act to bring more women to the political decision-making arena and eliminate a culture of discrimination against women’s participation in the election, being electorate and becoming a leader.
