ተግባቦት ለአመራር እና ተነሣሽነት

ትምራን ለኢትዮጵያ የፖለቲካ ፓርቲዎች ሴት አባላት ጥምረት ያዘጋጀችው የአመራርነት ሥልጠና በመጀመሪያው ቀን በነበረው ውሎ ላይ ሠልጣኞች ሐሳብ ሰጥተው የሁለተኛ ቀን ውሎ ተግባቦት ለአመራር፣ ተነሣሽነት በሚሉ ርእሰ ጉዳዮች ቀጥሏል።

ተግባቦት በአመራርነት ውስጥ ቁልፍ ሚና የሚጫወት መሆኑንና ሴት ፖለቲከኞች የተግባቦት ጥበብን በማዳበር በቀን ተቀን እንቅስቃሴያቸው ውስጥ አግባቡ ሊጠቀሙ እንደሚገባ አሠልጣኞቹ ወ/ሮ ማኅደር ዳዲ  እና ወ/ሮ እቴነሽ ተስፋ አመልክተዋል። ተነሣሽነት ከአመራርነት ጋር ያለውን ትስስርም አያይዘው አቅርበዋል። 

The leadership training organized by TIMRAN for the coalition of women members of Ethiopian political parties continued for the second day. The morning session started with attendees’ opinion on the first day training and new topics focused on communication for leaders as well as motivation.

The trainer Mrs. Mahder Dadi and Etenesh Tesfa indicated communication plays key roles in leadership and thus women politicians should develop communication skills and use it effectively in their day to day life. They also presented the relationship between leadership and motivation.
